Cancellation Policy
In the event of cancellation by the Guest, regardless of the circumstances, the following refund policy shall apply:
The Deposit of $500 AUD is non-refundable and non-transferable.
If the cancellation occurs 40 days or less before the due arrival date of the retreat, no refund will be provided.
If the cancellation occurs more than 40 days before the due arrival date of the Rise Rejuvenate Reclaim retreat and the Guest's place can be filled, a refund of 50% of the total payment (excluding the non-refundable Deposit) may be considered at the discretion of the RiseRejuvenateReclaim Retreats.
RiseRejuvenateReclaim Retreats does not offer credit or refunds for guests arriving late or leaving the Retreat early, including due to unforeseen issues such as family-related illness, COVID diagnosis or visa complications.
RiseRejuvenateReclaim Retreats reserves the right to change the location of the retreat due to unforeseen issues, such as third-party delays, problems, construction, etc. In such cases, RiseRejuvenateReclaim Retreats will ensure that the standards are maintained in all partnering villas/resorts.
RiseRejuvenateReclaim Retreats reserves the right to change or amend this cancellation policy at any time. The most current policy shall always be applicable.
Non-Transferable Policy
No Refunds: As the retreat fee is non-refundable, no refunds will be issued for any reason, and participants' spots cannot be transferred to another person or retreat organised by Rise Rejuvenate Reclaim Retreats.
Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy: Withdrawal Before Program Materials: Until program materials are provided, the Customer may withdraw from any program or services with Rise Rejuvenate Reclaim Retreats and may be entitled to a refund of any amounts paid, less $500 to cover administrative costs and opportunity costs.
No Refund After Commencement: After the program's commencement, no refunds are provided due to the individualized content of each program, subject to Australian Consumer Law.
Limited Cancellation: With exceptions provided by Australian Consumer Law, a Customer may not cancel a program purchased due to the finite capacity of services provided by Rise Rejuvenate Reclaim Retreats
