This July, I am taking a steps for connection and wellness by joining K’s for R U OK?
A campaign dedicated to fostering mental health awareness and support. As someone who understands the profound challenges that come with navigating difficult times, I know how isolating it can feel when you are struggling. Participating in this initiative has reminded me on multiple occasions of the incredible light and adventures that await us when we receive the support we need.
K’s for R U OK? is so much more than just a commitment to physical activity; it's a journey of connection and continued healing while nurturing our collective spirit to create a world where we are connected and protected from suicide. The heartbreak of losing loved ones leaves a void that words alone cannot fill, but through acts of connection and wellness, we can begin to heal and find strength.

Each step taken and every kilometre covered symbolises the path to a brighter, more connected future. A reminder that we are never alone, even in the moments when life feels overwhelming.
