An Extra Valentines Day blog because I Love LOVE So Much… ❤️
Feb 14, 2025
As I shared in the blog from earlier today one blog on love simply wasn’t enough because I love love so much—its depth, its beauty, its infinite expressions—I thought I would go ahead and share another Valentines Day blog, filled with some of my favourite love quotes from books in my library of life, movies that have moved me, poetry that has stayed with me, and words that have shaped and deepened my understanding of love.
Love is so much more than just an emotion.
It is energy, presence and connection.
It is the thread that binds us, the rhythm that moves through us, the invisible force that makes life feel full and meaningful.
It is the thread that binds us, the rhythm that moves through us, the invisible force that makes life feel full and meaningful.
Love is the force that moves mountains, writes symphonies, fuels revolutions, and softens even the hardest of hearts.
Love is the wild adventure of surrender, the gentle whisper of belonging, the soft exhale of knowing you are deeply seen and accepted.
Today, I choose to offer you words.
Words that remind us of what love is, what love feels like, and how love lives within us all.
Before we flow gracefully into some of my favourite quotes and excerpts on love, I want to pause and introduce something truly magical: heart coherence. You can find more insights on heart within The Wild Woman Gateway where this is a whole module dedicated to Heart Coherence.
Love is so much more than just a feeling—love is a frequency.
The rhythm of our heart changes based on our emotional state.
When we feel stressed, anxious or fearful, our heart rhythm becomes erratic.
When we feel love, gratitude, and compassion, the rhythm of our heart becomes coherent, smooth and balanced.
The HeartMath Institute has studied this phenomenon for years, proving that the electromagnetic field of our heart influences not just our own body, but the energy around us—a concept also explored by Gregg Braden, who delves into the power of heart coherence and its role in shaping our reality.
♥️ The more love we feel, the more love we radiate.
♥️ The more love we embody, the more we align with harmony and well-being.
♥️ Love is not just something we experience—it is something we become.
As you read these words, take a deep breath, place your hand on your heart, and let yourself feel the love within you. Let these words bring you into heart coherence, into a state of love, into the knowing that you are already love itself.
The "Love in Words" collection I am about to share with you is a collection of some of my favourite quotes, musings and heartfelt expressions I have come across in my life so far, capturing the essence of love through timeless wisdom—once you get through these quotes, you will find a poem from my heart to yours.

Here is a poem from my heart to yours. A heartfelt expression of emotion, woven with love, humility and deep connection.
Love is not only in grand gestures,
but in the quiet moments of being.
It is the gentle morning light spilling across the sheets,
the way your breath slows when you exhale fully.
Love is a hand on your back, guiding you forward.
A whisper in your soul, saying, “You are enough.”
It is found in the spaces between words,
in the pause before the ‘I love you.’
Love is the sun on your skin,
the moon lighting your path.
It is the rhythm of the waves,
teaching you to trust the rise and fall.
Love is the mirror that reflects your own beauty.
It is not outside of you, dear heart—
It is you.
Love is not just something we seek.
It is something we are.
We were born from love.
We were born with love.
We are love.
This Valentines Day and each day moving forward, I hope you let love find you in the small moments and the big grandiose moments.
I hope you feel it in your breath, in your heartbeat, in the space between your thoughts, in each smile that graces your lips.
💖 Love is the way you smile at a stranger.
💖 Love is the way the trees sway in the wind.
💖 Love is the way you gently remind yourself that you are worthy.
Let today be a reminder that love is always present, always flowing, always within reach.
Most of all—love is you and you are love.
🌹💖 Happy Valentines Day, beautiful soul. 💖🌹
